About Us
SSTT is different from other training programs because the main focus is on improving footwork and working on the fundamentals. Mastering the basic skills is the key to gaining an understanding of the game and learning more difficult skills. Increasing footwork helps build stamina, balance and ball control which makes it easier to float past the opposing team on the field, tackle, and transition more easily.
Training at high speed and intensity helps to ensure that the game does not become overwhelming. I have found that a 60 minute training program is the most effective in ensuring that trainees optimize training time to get the most of our work together.
I work with athletes of varying ages and levels of expertise, to improve footwork and speed. My services are available to anyone 5 years and older* who are looking to improve their abilities as a player. SSTT is mainly a soccer based program, however I have experience training athletes of other sports with the intention to improve footwork.
*Must have parental consent for athletes under 18 years of age.
